VALERIA GIUGLIANO
Associate

Graduated with honors at Roma Tre University in 2013, since the same year she started working with leading law firms in the Intellectual Property field.

In 2017 she qualified as a lawyer and in 2018 began to collaborate with the Firm.

In 2019 she obtained a Ph.D. in Civil Procedural Law at the University of Milan, with a thesis on the opposition to the enforcement of the foreign judgments under Regulation (EU) 1215/2012.

She is currently Post-Doc Research Fellow in International Procedural law at the University of Milan.

She authored several publications on European civil procedure and Intellectual property law.

She speaks Italian, English and French.

ALESSANDRO DE MARIA

Graduated in law from the University of Heidelberg in June 2014 and obtained the First State Examination in Law of the Land Baden-Württemberg. He began his legal practice at the Cologne Court of Appeal in May 2015. In May 2019 he obtained his licence to practise as a judge, lawyer and notary in Germany, having passed the Second State Examination in Law of the Land North Rhine-Westphalia, and in June 2019 he began working with the Firm. He has been enrolled with the Bar Association of Cologne since August 2019 and with the Bar Association of Milan since September 2019 as an established lawyer.

Being bilingual (German-Italian), already during his studies in Heidelberg and Milan – Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi – he specialized in international law, civil and procedural law, with particular regard to the German and Italian experiences. He has worked at the Firm Dolce Lauda Rechtsanwälte Avvocati in Frankfurt am Main, within the Baurecht in the 18th Chamber of the Court of Bonn and at the Ministry of Justice in the section of international child abduction.

Si laurea in giurisprudenza all’Università degli Studi di Perugia nell’ottobre 2001 e inizia la pratica legale presso lo studio Sciumè, Zaccheo e Associati di Milano.

Nel giugno 2004 consegue l’abilitazione all’esercizio della professione di avvocato.

Da avvocato svolge una significativa esperienza, prima presso lo Studio dell’Avv. Gabriele Travaglia e poi presso lo Studio Ingraffia – Lucheschi.

Entra a far parte dello Studio Rapisardi e Ginevra nel 2014.

Opera prevalentemente nell’area del contenzioso civile e commerciale, sia giudiziale che arbitrale, in particolare nel settore dell’energia e delle fonti rinnovabili, famiglia e esecuzioni.

Svolge altresì attività di consulenza e assistenza nella redazione di contratti e pareri in materia civile e commerciale.

Graduated in Law with outstanding marks at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan in 1997, he immediately began collaborating at the “Avv. Alfio Rapisardi Law Firm”.

In 2000 he qualified as a lawyer.

In 2005 he was one of the founders of the Law Firm “Avv. Alfio Rapisardi e Associati”.

In 2013 he became a Supreme Court lawyer.

He has participated in several arbitration proceedings both as a lawyer and as an arbitrator.

He is a frequent speaker at industrial property law conferences and seminars. He is a lecturer for the Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property Law organized by JLS – Just Legal Services.

In 2012 he joined the editorial staff of the journal “Giurisprudenza annotata di diritto industriale”.

He is a member of AIPPI – International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property.

He speaks Italian and English.

In 2005 she took part in the foundation of the Law Firm “Avv. Alfio Rapisardi e Associati”, which changed its name in 2013 to “Rapisardi e Ginevra – Avvocati Associati”.

He has been collaborating since the academic year 2014/2015, with the Chairs of Commercial and Intellectual Property Law at University of Bergamo.

ALDO ROVEDA

In 1950 he began practicing law at the Law Firm of Fabio Gagnatelli in Milan during his university studies and in 1953 he graduated in Law at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan.

In 1955 he qualified as a Lawyer and founded Studio Legale Roveda.

From 2019 he became of counsel at Studio Rapisardi and Geneva.

Mr. Roveda has an outstanding and renowned experience in commercial law and in matters of civil liability, in particular product liability, as well as in insurance law.

He speaks Italian, English and French.

She mainly practices in civil and commercial litigation, both judicial and arbitration, as she has developed a relevant experience in assisting Italian and foreign companies, in particular in the area of energy and renewable sources, family law and enforcement law.

ALFIO RAPISARDI
Founder

A point of reference in industrial property, a sector in which he has always exercised his activity, he founded and directed the Firm until he retired in 2014.

He is the author of numerous publications and lecturer at conferences, seminars and master’s degrees in the field of industrial law.

For more than thirty years he has been part of the editorial staff of the magazine “Jurisprudenza annotata di diritto industriale”.
